Remote Service Delivery — No Physical Shipping
terminal.glass Pilot and similar NoCloudGPT installation offers are delivered as attended remote technical services. No physical computer, server, storage device, disc, USB drive, or packaged software is shipped.
Customer-provided host
The customer provides and controls the supported Ubuntu LTS computer, server, virtual machine, or supported cloud instance on which the service is performed.
Scheduling
After purchase, NoCloudGPT coordinates the attended installation with the customer. The customer must be available as reasonably needed to provide authorized access, respond to installation questions, and confirm the target system.
Activation and completion
Software activation and deployment verification occur as part of the attended service. Completion means the purchased installation work has been performed and the deployment has been verified to the extent described in the applicable product offer.
No carrier tracking
Because no physical item is shipped, carrier tracking numbers and physical-delivery estimates do not apply.
