Team is the NoCloudGPT pre-release package for organizations that need private AI across up to six active environments.

Each environment is customer-controlled and can be deployed on a supported Ubuntu computer, server, virtual machine, or supported customer-controlled cloud instance. COLORS.chat for macOS remains a separate pre-release product path where offered.

Private AI under your control

Team is designed for organizations that need more capacity than Sunrise while keeping private AI on systems they control. Fully local deployments can remain disconnected from the internet after installation and activation where supported by the selected models and hardware.

About colorsXUI

colorsXUI is the customer-facing interface identity used for the NoCloudGPT pre-release experience. The interface can incorporate independent third-party software components. The colorsXUI name does not change or replace the ownership or licensing of those components.

Software & interface disclosure

terminal.glass deployments can incorporate third-party software, including Open WebUI, Ollama, and selected AI models. Third-party software remains subject to its respective licenses and terms and is not transferred through this purchase.

Open WebUI is an independent third-party software project. Open WebUI is not owned by NoCloudGPT, and NoCloudGPT / terminal.glass is not represented as affiliated with, endorsed by, or maintained by the Open WebUI project.

Pre-release terms

This is a working pre-release offer. Features, interface details, model support, and installation workflows may change as the product develops toward general release.

Each deployment entitlement applies only to the capacity expressly included with Team. Additional environments require the appropriate NoCloudGPT upgrade.

No physical hardware is included or shipped.
